Annual Members Meeting on November 8

Capital Area Family Naturists’ Annual Members Meeting will be held from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Saturday, November 8, 2008 at a member’s home in Sterling, Virginia. The agenda for this meeting will include the election of officers and directors to the club’s Board of Directors.
The meeting is open to all members of Capital Area Family Naturists. If you plan to attend, please send an email to events@cafnat.org to let us know you are coming and to receive directions.
Members who cannot attend in person may vote by proxy. Proxy ballots will be mailed to all members in November. At least 20 percent of CAFN’s members must attend the meeting in-person to achieve quorum.
A “game night” party follows the meeting.
Nominations for Board of Directors Sought

Members of Capital Area Family Naturists are encouraged to submit nominations for the club elections to be held at the annual members meeting on Saturday, November 8. The election will be held to fill all seven seats on the club's Board of Directors: president, vice-president, treasurer, secretary, and three directors.
Nominations will be accepted up until immediately prior to the election on the evening of the 8th. However, the deadline for getting your name one the proxy ballot that will be mailed to members is midnight October 11.
Members may nominate others or may nominate themselves to any of these positions. Send your nominations to secretary@cafnat.org on or before October 11, 2008.
